Losing a card can often be a very inconvenient and time-consuming process, but not with Vault.
As I was walking my dog the other day, my Vault Prepaid Mastercard fell out of my pocket – An unfortunate event yet one most of us have experienced at one point or another. I instantly reacted by feeling concerned and frustrated, until remembering I could easily and instantly freeze the card through my Vault app. This gave me enough time to retrace my steps and hope I came across it, ultimately managing to find it again!
The option to instantly freeze my card has saved me from a tumultuous process of ordering and waiting for a new one – Which in this case, would have been completely unnecessary, especially considering the process of reordering a card has at times taken too long.
Having this option on Vault saved me from worrying about fraudulent transactions or from having to contact a card issuer and spend time providing the right details to reorder one.
Being able to manage everything in real time is a fantastic advantage. I can honestly say that I won’t be relying on any other service since discovering Vault and the option to have complete control over every aspect of my account.
